What to expect

Thank you for taking the time to complete this evaluation form. Your answers allow Robert to review your dog’s history and become familiar with your concerns before your appointment.

Your evaluation is complimentary. During the visit, we will discuss your dog’s behavior, temperament, training history and your goals. Robert will assess your dog, answer questions and explain the training options that may be appropriate for your dog and family.

Please bring your dog and make sure current vaccination records have been provided to our office. When you arrive, please leave your dog safely in your vehicle while you check in. If the weather is warm, keep the air conditioning running.
